India requires you to sign your visa application twice. The first is in the upper right corner of page 1. The second signature is at the bottom of page 2.​

Please request a 120- month visa (10 Years), as this is what India is currently offering.​

TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION
The Required Documents We Need From You
All of the following documents need to be in-hand when visiting our office.

One (1) original, valid and signed passport with at least 6-months remaining prior to expiring. You must also have at least 2-blank visa pages.

Two (2) current passport sized photos (2”x2”). Pictures with glasses on will not be accepted. Picture must be recent (3-months or less)
-
One (1) completed and signed online application. Please sign both pages. Single-sided pages only.

One (1) copy of your flight/travel itinerary.
-
One (1) copy of your driver’s license or utility bill. The address on your application MUST match the address on your license.

One (1) completed Particulars Form (provided below)

Collect The Remaining Documents
Use your printed checklist to collect the additional documents that are needed. Again it's critical that all of the documents, including the necessary number of copies are collected prior to your appointment.
